The public is invited to attend a book signing for Harold Michael Harvey’s new book, JUSTICE IN THE ROUND, each Saturday in May beginning May 2 at the Sights and Sounds Black Cultural Expo Museum at North Dekalb Mall from 10am-2pm.

Cascade Publishing House is please to announce book signings have been set at the Sights and Sounds Black Cultural Epo and Museum for essayist and novelist, Harold Michael Harvey.

Harvey will sign his new book, JUSTICE IN THE ROUND, during the month of May at the Sights and Sounds Black Cultural Expo Museum. The museum is located in the North Dekalb Mall, 2050 Lawrenceville Highway, Decatur, Georgia 30033.

Beginning on May 2, Harvey will be available to autograph his book each Saturday in the month from 10:00 o’clock a m until 2:00 o’clock p m.

“I am extremely proud to team-up once again with Curator James Horton, Harvey said .

“Mr. Horton is one of the best Curators of black cultural artifacts in the southeast. His museum tends to shed light on little known or ignored facts about black life in America. I try to do the same in my work as a writer. I am pleased that he invited me to share my  new book, JUSTICE IN THE ROUND, with his audience,” Harvey said.

Harvey, a native of Macon, Georgia and Horton, a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, first joined forces in 2011 when a mutual friend recommended that the Curator invite Harvey to speak with museum goers about his novel PAPER PUZZLE. They hit it off. Soon Horton was teaching Harvey the backstory to many of the cultural artifacts from his childhood.

Horton received from Harvey the backstory on how political deals were made which became the substance of today’s history.”

“I find that the Sights and Sounds museum visitors are very astute and quizzical. I look forward to sharing my new book with them and answering questions about the status of justice in American today for not only her black citizens, but for all of her citizens,” Harvey said.

The Museum opens each day at 10:00 o’clock a m and closes when the mall closes around 9:00 p m.

On Saturday, May 2, the North Dekalb Mall will hold a kick-off program from noon until 2:00 o’clock p m, to introduce the museum staff and guests to mall shoppers.
