The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called in to probe sexual misconduct allegations against one of the nation’s oldest Black College Sororities, on the campus of Fort Valley State University.
The university was founded in 1895 as Fort Valley High and Industrial School to provide education for descendants of people who had been enslaved on Middle Georgia cotton and peach plantations.

What do you tell your children and grandchildren about managing their conduct in social settings in light of the scandalous revelations about the president and the many women who have alleged that they have had unprotected sexual relations with him?
I have to admit that I know very little about the transgender world or issues related to transgender people. I am not certain that I know any people who are transgender. Perhaps, I do, but no one has shared with me their transgender sexuality. It is not that I am shying away from learning about issues that are important to persons who self identify as someone different from the person the obstetrician who delivered them identified them to be.
